Managing Director
Starting out as a commercial and residential builder, Peter set his sights on business ownership when he acquired a small suburban box and storage operation in 1994.
From these modest beginnings, Peter worked tirelessly to transform Advance Records into what it is today – the largest independent information management provider in Australia.
This phenomenal growth and progression can be attributed to Peter’s unwavering vision, strategic mindset and keen eye for talent. He has employed and retained an exceptional team over the years, which has been key to his success.
A former Rotarian and Geelong Business Club President, Peter harbours a passion for community service. He has also volunteered in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands – while being a dedicated supporter of Bravehearts and Outreach.
Philip D’Souza
General Manager
A former IT infrastructure specialist, Philip joined Advance Records in 2006 as a sales representative.
Always displaying exceptional commercial and technical acumen, Philip was promoted to General Manager in 2016.
Today, Philip oversees business operations, strategic direction, customer management, employee retention and sales. Under his direction, the firm has grown from its initial seven customers and 3,000 boxed files – to over 250 major clients and 14 million digitised documents in cloud storage.
Philip is committed to ensuring Advance Records remains at the forefront of today’s ever-changing digital world.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Information Security.
